marked "Y" for identification. Undertakings given
bythe parties contained in the consent terms are
accepted.
4. The suit is decreed in terms of the consent
terms at "Y".
5. Plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2 have agreed and
undertaken to withdrawn Notice of Motion No.1938 of
1994 in Probate Petition No.2844 of 1992.
Undertakings are accepted.
6. All interim orders passed in the proceedings to
stand vacated in view of the settlement.
7. Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
