 This Court has dismissed the Petition
 filed by the Applicant challenging the
 order of the Tribunal. However, liberty
 was granted to the Petitioner to make a
 fresh representation and there was a
 direction to the Respondents to dispose of
 the representation in any event within a
 period of two months thereafter.

 out. However, in the event that the

 representation that was filed by the
 Petitioner on 28th October, 2005 has not

 been disposed of by the Respondents, the

 representation shall be disposed of in any
 event within one week of a copy of this
 order being furnished to the Respondents.
 In the event that the Respondents fail to
 do so, this Court will be constrained to
 initiate contempt proceedings suo motu.
