 Division Bench directed that the process of
 acquisition be completed expeditiously and
 in any event within a period of three
 months from the date of the order. Liberty
 was granted to the Petitioners to apply for
 releasing the land in case the acquisition
 proceedings were not completed within the
 time frame prescribed. The Civil
