2.This is a suit for infringement and passing
off action in reference to the word "RAJ" and "RAAJ".
After hearing both the parties, by a reasoned order
dated 12th April, 2005, ad-interim relief in terms of
prayer clause (i) and (ii) has been granted with liberty
to the plaintiffs to apply for the relief in terms of
prayer clause (iii) in the event of user continues.
This order has remained unchallenged till this date.

Considering the reasoning given by the learned Judge
while passing the reasoned order of ad-interim relief,
there is no reason not to continue and confirm the said
ad-interim order.

3. The ad-interim order is confirmed.

4.Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of
with liberty to the plaintiffs to apply for clause
(iii), if necessary.
