 We heard the Senior Counsel and Counsel for the
 parties.

 2. The following interim order shall meet the ends of
 justice:

 (i) The appellant shall deposit with the
 Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court
 the wages payable to respondent nos.1 to 7
 for the period from April, 1999 to March,
 2000 within four weeks from today along with
 the statement setting out the amount payable

 to each of the respondent nos.1 to 7.

 (ii) Upon such deposit, the respondent nos.1 to 7
 shall be individually entitled to withdraw
 the amount payable to each one of them on
 furnishing solvent surety or security to the
 satisfaction of the Prothonotary and Senior
 Master for restitution in the event the
