 . This application is forwarded to this
 Court and received some time in June 2005.

 2. It is pointed out that the applicant
 accused has already filed three applications for
 bail through Advocates and this Court has
 rejected all of them on merits.

 3. Ms.Dhuru, learned Advocate appearing

 Amicus Curaie, submits that the orders do not
 pertain to the case under which the applicant is
 in custody. She invites my attention to the
 C.R.Numbers mentioned in the copy of the orders
 of this Court and submits that this Court should
 call for the records and proceedings in the
 matter.

 4. Ms.Deshmukh, learned A.P.P. points out

 that the details are pertaining to this very
 applicant. He is charged with an offence
 punishable under section 396 read with 109 of
 I.P.C. along with others and is presently in
 custody. That apart, she submits that the case
 has been transferred to the fast track court and

 recording of evidence is complete. Matter is
 awaiting judgement.

 5. In such circumstances, I do not find this

 a fit case to grant bail. Application
 dismissed.
