2. After hearing advocate for the
applicant exhaustively, I was of the
view that this is not a fit case for
grant of bail as prima facie offence
under MCOC Act has been made out.
However, at the stage of passing order,
the applicant seeks leave to withdraw
the application. Hence, application is
dismissed as withdrawn.
3. The grievance is made by the

applicant that he was assaulted by the
police officers even in judicial
custody. If he has any such grievance,
he should move the trial court.

1. The A.P.P. seeks leave to amend
the application in order to place on
record certain facts revealed in the
investigation regarding amounts found
in the bank accounts of the present
applicant and as regards his assets.
