1. In the light of the fact that the order
directing that the applicants should not be
arrested, has been passed on 19th January 2006
and is continuing till date, it would be
appropriate to dispose off this application by
directing that the said order will continue for a
period of two weeks to enable the applicants to
move the Regular Court and apply for bail. In
the mean while, the applicants to abide by all
conditions imposed by this Court. All
contentions on merits of both sides are expressly
kept open.
