. This application is filed for
relaxation/modification of the condition which has been
imposed pertaining to deposit of Rs. 2,15,000/- by the
applicant/accused. It is contended that based upon his
statement that he would deposit the amount that the bail
has been granted. However, the applicant is not in a
position to deposit the amount.
2. After perusing the order with the assistance of
the Counsel appearing for the applicant, I am of the
view, that the condition cannot be relaxed at this
belated stage, more so when it is imposed on the own
volition of the applicant. However, applicant is

granted 8 weeks time from today to deposit the amount.
3. The applicant to deposit the amount in the Court of
Metropolitan Magistrate.
