2006 is concerned, it is for condonation of delay
of 210 days in filing the appeal. Heard the

advocate for the appellant and learned APP for
the State. The appellant/original accused has
been convicted by the trial court for the offence
under Section 302 and sentenced him to suffer
life imprisonment. In this view of the matter,
the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
Appeal is admitted. Appeal to come on board in
due course of time.
