for the applicant. This application has been filed for modification of the order granting bail. It appears that this Court vide its order dated 2.12.2005 directed that the applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two local

sureties in the like amount. A.P.P. states that it may be modified to the extent that the bail amount may be for Rs.10,000/- but with one local surety in the like amount. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that it will suffice the purpose. In the circumstance, the condition is modified and the applicant may be released on bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one local surety in the like amount and the other conditions remain same as in the earlier order. The application stands disposed of.
