2.			This is a petition by a student whose
admission			was sought to be	cancell	ed pursu	ant to	the
direction			issued by Respondent No.2.		The	order	was
issued		on	11th October, 2004.	The	issue	is	covered
by	the		judgment delivered by	us	today	in	Writ
Petition		No.3	212 of 2004.	Tha	t judg	ment	will
squarely	a	pply	to the facts of t	he	present	case.	One
of	the		contentions of the peti	tioner	student	was	that
he	was		not heard. We have	held	in	Writ	Petition
No.3212		of	2004 that before	any	adverse	order	is
passed	the		student ought to have	been	heard.	On	this
ground		and	the other grounds	as	mentioned	in	the
judgment		in	Writ Petition No.3212	of	2004	the	present
petition		wil	l have to be allowed.		In the	light	of

that Rule made absolute in terms of prayer clause
