2.	In th	e instant case	also the Sa	miti direct	ed
admission	after	the	cut-off		date		i.e.		30th
September,	2004.	For	the	view	we	have	taken	in	Writ
Petition No.3212	of 2004 there is	no merit in t	his
petition which is ac	cordingly dism	issed.

that	she	has	filed a	complaint	to the	Dental		Council
