1. The learned advocate fotr the
petitioner states that the petitioner
will file private complaint in the
prescribed form to the Municipal
Corporation at Thane to get the
necessary information in relation to
the plot in question. The learned
advocate for the respondent No.4 states
that, in case such application is filed
by the petitioner, the information
available with the Corporation and
permissible in law will be furnished to
the petitioner within four weeks from
the date of filing of such application
in prescribed form. The learned
advocate for the petitioner thereupon
states that, on production of all the
documents which are to be furnished by
the petitioner, the petitioner will
approach afresh to the Corporation, if
necessary, and therefore, craves leave
to withdraw the petition. Hence, he is
allowed to withdraw the petition. The
petition stands disposed of as
withdrawn.
