1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of
the petitioner and for the 3rd and 4th respondents
have tendered the consent terms which are signed by
the parties and by their respective advocates. These
consent terms were negotiated and arrived at between
the parties after arguments in the matter were
concluded, since the counsel had indicated that they
would explore the possibility of amicable solution of
the disputes. The consent terms are taken on record
and marked ‘X’.
2. Mr.N.G. Thakkar, learned senior counsel
appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the

Chairman of the society has signed the consent terms,
and that he is instructed to tender an undertaking
that the Secretary and a member of the Managing
Committee shall also sign the consent terms by
tomorrow in the presence of the Court Associate.
Permission to do so is granted.
3. The petition shall stand disposed of in term
of the consent terms.
