points out that Respondent No.1 was required to
withdraw the Revision Application filed by him
before the Sessions Court, which has still not been

3. Counsel for Respondent No.1 states, on
instructions, that the Respondent No.1 will
withdraw the Revision, which is pending before the
Sessions Court at Satara within two weeks from
today. That assurance is accepted.
4. It is on the basis of the above assurance
that the present Petition is disposed of, as all
contentious issues between the parties have been
amicably settled.
