Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, K.A. Hadkar of Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, has filed his affidavit. In the affidavit it is indicated that the Government has considered the report of Shri Arun Bhatia. It examined the findings given by Shri Bhatia in his report. The particulars of the action taken against the concerned officers along with the recommendation given by Shri Bhatia have also been annexed in a tabular form. The Government
has assured the Court that the action initiated against the concerned persons would meet its logical end as expeditiously as possible. In view

of this affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw
this petition. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
