disposed off accordingly. There shall be no orders
as to costs.

2. The learned counsel for the decree holder
states that even in respect of the property being
‘Ronak Apartments’ situated at Junction no.1. and 4
of Rajawadi Road, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai-400 077
the attachment be raised. In view of the statement
of the decree holder the said property stands
released from attachment.
