Application, in my opinion, the prayer for relaxing
condition imposed by this Court in order dated 24th
August 2004 prohibiting the Applicant from entering
the jurisdiction of Solapur City, deserves to be
relaxed, on assurance given by the Applicant
through his Counsel that he shall not visit within
: 2 :
the jurisdiction of Salgarvasti Police Station,
Solapur, where the first informant is presently
posted on duty.
3. This course is adopted in view of the
settlement already arrived at between the Applicant
and the first informant.
4. Rest of the conditions in the order dated
24th August 2004 to remain as it is.
5. Application disposed of on the above
terms.
