 Heard.

 2. The order of imprisonment during the pendency

 of appeal shall remain stayed. The appellants are
 directed to deposit fine of Rs.2000 each as
 directed in the order dated l6.8.2004 with the
 Prothonotary and Senior Master of this court within
 four weeks from today. The appellants are also
 directed to deposit original agreements with the
 Prothonotary and Senior Master within four weeks.
 However, the order impounding the said agreement
 shall remain stayed.

 3. The Prothonotary and Senior Master shall put
 the original agreements in sealed cover and keep in
 safe custody.

¶11

 4. The appellants are directed not to create third
 party rights in the disputed property in the
 meanwhile.

 5. The notice of motion stands disposed of.
