3. Respondents 1 to 3 waive service. By consent
Rule is made returnable forthwith.
4. The petitioners will apply individually to
respondents 1 to 3 for detachment of their agency
from respective development officers and for
permitting them to work as direct agents of the
LIC..
5. The petitioners will also simultaneously
apply to their respective development officers
for issuance of NOC to consider the applications
made by the petitioners to respondents 1 to 3.
6. Respondents 1 to 3 will consider and decide
the applications made by the petitioners
individually in accordance with law irrespective

of whether NOC is granted by the Development
Officer or not within a period of 3 months from
the date of receipt of such application.
7. Writ petitions are disposed of in terms of order mentioned above with no order as to costs.
