 identification. Counsel for the plaintiff states
 that she does not want to proceed against the
 defendant no.2 and no decree is claimed against him.

 Therefore, there shall be a decree against the
 defendant Nos. 1 and 3 as per the Minutes of the
 Decree on Admission. Refund of court fees as per
 the Rules. In view of Minutes of the Decree on
 Admission, the Summons for Judgment and the suit
 both stands disposed of. Certified copy expedited.
