The ld. counsel submits that appellant has been convicted in the Trial along with her husband and the properties have been confiscated. An appeal against the order of conviction has been filed thus subject to outcome of that appeal, the present appeal before this Tribunal can be disposed of.

We find that the properties in question have already been confiscated by the Special Court on trial followed by an order of conviction thus the present appeal has become infructuous however appellant have challenged the order of conviction thus subject to outcome of the appeal and if the appellant remain successful therein then can seek revival of this appeal. With the aforesaid, the present appeal is disposed of without causing interference in the impugned orders.
