Fresh appeals have been filed under section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Mr. N.K. Matta, Advocate states that copy has not been received. Counsel for the appellant states that the copy of the appeals is served with the Enforcement Directorate Office. However, counsel states that he will serve the copy to Mr. Matta, Advocate within one week. Issue notice in the appeal to the respondent. In the meanwhile, reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.
