One of the argument of the appellant is that reason to believe has not been filed or supplied. The counsel for the appellant states that the separate reason to believe order has to be passed.
The learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate states that no separate order for reason to believes are to be passed. As a matter of fact, as per requirement of the Section 5(1), reason to believes have already been incorporated in the provisional attachment order.
