Learned counsel for the respondent has filed the written synopsis. Shri R. Rajesh, Assistant Director of ED is present alongwith the record. The reason to believe dated 27^th February, 2017 are available on record. It was mentioned that on the basis of the documents placed before officer and on going through the same, he had reason to believe that moveable property in the form of bank draft and mutual funds are involved in the money laundering.

Counsel for the appellant states that the said reason to believe as mentioned are not the reason to believe within the meaning of law. He seeks some more time to refer the judgments by the Hon’ble High Courts and Supreme Court. Let the same be filed within four weeks from today with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent. Mr. Atul Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent is also allowed to file written submission and copies of judgments on this appeal. Mr. Atul Tripathi states that the details of reasons to believe are also mentioned in the provisional attachment order. The original file is return to the I.O.
