Reply has not been filed. Mr. Tripathi states that the matter has been assigned to him to argue the same. He seeks one more opportunity to file the reply although in the last date we have granted the last opportunity to file the reply. The learned counsel for the appellant submits atleast at present the appellant be permitted to withdraw the statutory dues from the account attached by the respondent as well as mutual funds. He says that the order be passed only to this extent and the said amount may be released. Mr. Tripathi seeks some time to instructions from the respondent.
