Mr. Atul Tripathi, ld. counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and submits that he is yet to receive the copy of appeal paper book and applications. The ld. Counsel for the appellant has agreed to supply the same within two weeks. The respondent is seeking time to file the reply to the CoD application, which is not objected. Let the same be filed within four weeks
