It is revealed from that certain Writ Petition No. W.P.(C) No.2252/2015 has been filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and vide order dated 01.05.2019 of this Tribunal, the appellant was directed to produce the copy of the Writ Petition as well as the orders passed by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The same is yet to be complied. The appellant is directed to comply with the said order.
