More time is sought by the ld. Counsel for the respondent. The same is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant who states that the appellant is not arrayed in the FIR nor the appellant is charged with in the schedule offence. The impugned order in the above said matter was passed on 9th November, 2018. No prosecution complaint has been filed against the appellant within the period of 90 days as provided in section 8(3)(a) of the PML Act.
