Fresh appeal has been filed under section 26 of PMLA, 2002 against the order dated 9^th November, 2018. Alongwith the appeal an application for condonation of delay has also been filed, the appeal was filed within the prescribed period of time. Mr. Neeraj Atri, opposes the same. Notice under section 8(4) was also served on 3^rd December, 2018. Mr. Atri also states that the impugned order was sent through e-mail to the counsel for the appellant. The present appeal was filed on 4^th April, 2019. There is a delay of more than 60 days. Since the appellant is

Considering the ground taken for the appeal, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned subject to the cost of Rs. 5,000/- which shall be paid by the appellant to the department within four weeks from today.
