On the last date, the respondent was directed to file the copy of the prosecution complaint before this tribunal and also to supply the same to the other side within one week vide order dated 20^th August, 2019. The said order has not been complied except supplying the prosecution complaint to the tribunal for perusal. Copy of the prosecution complaint is returned to the learned counsel for the respondent to file the same alongwith the copy of the same be supplied to the other side. It is also accepted by the respondent that the written synopsis is not ready and hence could not be filed. Let the same be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the other side.
