The above mentioned appeals have been filed under section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 4^th December, 2017 (received by the appellant on 12^th December, 2017). The last date for filing the appeal was 26^th January, 2018 but the appeal was

filed on 17^th February, 2018. Alongwith the appeal the application for

The learned counsel for the appellants states that the common order has been passed against the various appellants and some of the appeals filed by some of the defendants which are pending before this Tribunal. It is stated that the delay has happened due to change of counsel. Heard, learned counsel for both sides. In view of the averment made in the application, the delay is condoned subject to the amount of Rs. 2,000/- which shall be paid to the learned counsel for the respondent by the next date.

In the appeal, notice be issued to the learned counsel for the respondent. Shri A.K. Tripathi, the learned counsel for the respondent accepts the notice. Reply be filed within six weeks.
