Bank was directed to file Affidavit with respect to the fact that the stay order granted by the High Court has been vacated. No Affidavit has been filed, but both the parties in appeal no. FPA-PMLA-2417/DLI/2018 has agreed that the matter is pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
There is no material placed before us to show that the interim order granted by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court has been vacated. The bank is disputing the existence of interim order of stay. Bank is allowed to file Affidavit, if required.
In view of the pendency of the matter before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, list the matter on 27th May, 2020.
