The learned counsel for the appellant submits that they have filed an intervening application before the Hon’ble High Court in the matter of WP(CRL) 115/2015 filed by Abhilasha Agarwal, against the Directorate of Enforcement and others. It is further submitted by her that the hon’ble FPA-PMLA-2417/DLI/2018 & FPA-PMLA-1873/DLI/2017 Page 1 of 2

High Court has orally vacated the order. She has filed the copy of the order dated 20th July, 2019 passed in aforesaid matter by Hon’ble High Court as below:
“List on 30th July, 2019. Interim order to continue”.
On perusal of the order, it is seen that nothing about the vacation of the interim stay order has been written. So the learned counsel for the bank is directed to file the affidavit in this regard that the stay order has been vacated. An advance copy of the affidavit be served to other side. She is requested for short adjournment for hearing of these matters. Mr. Matta, Advocate has no objection in this regard.
