The fresh application has been filed by the respondent i.e. 4368/2018 for seeking certain directions as well as dismissal of the stay application (MP-PMLA-1873/2017). It is stated in the application that the appellant has got the interim order in view of the notice issued under Section 8(4) of the Act with regard to the property no. S-474, Grater Kailash-II, New Delhi-1100894 on the reason that the appellant and his husband residing in the said property. The case of the respondent is that search was conducted and it was found that they were not residing in the said property.
