1.The learned counsel for the appellant during arguments has specifically referred necessary para 6, para 7, para 10 and para 15 respectively where the Court have given its findings by the Division Bench, High Court about the value of attached properties/other agencies also.

Sh. Rajeev Awasthi, learned counsel for the respondent states that order dated 24^th October, 2018 passed by the Division Bench of the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay has been handed over to the learned counsel for the appellant. He seeks time to file the response by way of affidavit.

Sh. Rajeev Awasthi states that Enforcement Directorate was not a party and ED will file the detailed affidavit in this regard. Four weeks time is granted to file the same. Interim order to continue in respect of FPAPMLA-1735-1736 & 1860/MUM/2017.
