Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that another Provisional Attachment Order has been passed in O.C. No. 697/2016. The same has been confirmed by the order dated 14th July, 2017 which was received by the appellant on 18th July, 2017. The appellant intends to challenge the said order and it would be appropriate that the above set of appeals may be heard together because facts in both the O.C.s are almost common.
