Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the proceedings against Shri Sanoj Yadav under schedule offence and prosecution complaint under Section PMLA are pending before the Special Courts.

It is further stated that Smt. Sindhu Devi is the wife of Shri Sanoj Yadav and against her no proceeding under the schedule offence are

pending. However, in the prosecution complaint she is arrayed as one of the respondent.

After small hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant have stated that the appellants would have no objection if the status quo shall be maintained as of today and by disposing of the above-mentioned appeals till the trial in both the matters are concluded and final order is passed.

Counsel for the respondent seeks time to take the instruction.
