The appellant has filed the appeal under section 26 of PML Act, 2002 against the order dated 26.10.2016 passed in original complaint no. 616/2016. Alongwith the appeal an application for condonation of delay has been filed. There are blanks in para 5 and in prayer of the application. However, after calculation it appears that there is a delay of about two weeks. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that let the Tribunal may take appropriate decision in the prayer made in the
