On the last date of hearing, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a statement that the physical possession of the property has already been taken. However, Counsel for the appellant was not aware. The position remains the same when the matter is taken up today. The new Counsel is not aware whether the physical possession is taken or not. The Counsel for the respondent is not available to argue the matter.
