The appellant has filed the present appeal under Section 26 of PMLA Act, 2002 challenging the impugned order dated 16^th November, 2016 along with application (MP-PMLA/2869/MUM/2017) for condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the appeal. The reasons for delay are given in the application as well as in the affidavit of Mr. Sameer Mehta. The counsel for the respondent is not opposing the prayer of the application for condonation of delay. The delay is accordingly condoned.
