Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is trying to settle the dues but we do not find any concrete steps except the meeting of the appellant with the Bank Officers, as submitted by the counsel for the appellant bank in this regard. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Cooperative Bank submits that except one letter no further FPA-PMLA-1664/MUM/2017 & FPA-PMLA-1461/MUM/2016 Page 1 of 2
communication or no further steps has been taken. In such circumstances no separate adjournment can be given on the ground of giving time to settle the dues, so the matter is to be fixed for hearing. Both the parties are allowed to file the written synopsis.
List on 7th February, 2020.
In the meantime, the appellant may try to settle the dues with the bank.
