Learned Proxy Counsel for the appellant seeks a short adjournment as counsel is unwell. This is a very old mater which has been lingering for a long time. As per the appellant’s request, inspection of the records of the adjudicating authority was allowed. Even then they seek adjournment.
However, in the interest of justice, I am inclined to give one last opportunity. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. No further adjournments.
