The learned cousel for the appellant stated that all the documents have yet not been provided to them. The learned counsel for the respondent stated that whatever documents was available in their office, that has already been provided to the appellant and majority of the documents sought by the appellants are the appellants own documents in which the onus is on the appellant to produce them, if they are relying on them. The original records may be called for. The registry is directed to get the original records within one month’s time. After that as requested by the appellant, they may be allowed inspection of the same on payment of stipulated cost within a weeks time, unless the respondents claim confidentiality for any of these documents for which they will file an application alongwith reasons thereof.
