The learned counsel for the appellant stated that list of 11 documents which were mentioned on the last date of hearing have not yet been received. They are very critical documents which is required to process this case. The counsel for the respondent stated that he has been pursuing the Zonal Office, Kolkata but no response as yet has been received.
This is a very old case of 2008 and the bench cannot wait for eternity. A last opportunity is given to the respondent to either give the document to the appellant with a copy to the registry or give a final position as to the status of these documents. Accordingly, a short adjournment is granted.
