The counsel for the respondent will be filing an application on the preliminary point as to why so many appeals have been filed by one appellant, for instance Shri Ghanshyam Dass Jaiswal has filed two appeals, Shri Vikas Singh Jaiswal has filed five appeals, although they have come up in appeal against only one order. Four weeks time is given for the same. Copy of the same will be served on the appellant who will have the liberty to file their reply who are also given four weeks time to file their rejoinder, if any. This matter needs to be sorted out by the next date of hearing. The issue of legal representative of the deceased appellant, if any, shall also be taken up.
