The learned counsel for the appellants again sought time to file a comprehensive chart. The learned counsel for the respondent strongly objects and states that already a lot of opportunities have been given to them and requests that this may be treated as ‘last opportunity’.

A lot of time has already been given for the above said exercise and still there is no clarity. Until this exercise is done, it will not be possible to proceed with the hearing. The learned counsel for the appellants seeks six weeks’ time to do the needful.

The learned counsel for the appellants are directed to file the said comprehensive chart which is yet to be filed in a tabular form with the appeal numbers, the name of the concerned appellant, the Misc. Petition number filed for substitution of the legal heir if any, present Status in each of the appeals, which are listed today with an advance copy to the respondent who may file their reply within two weeks thereafter. This will be the last opportunity.
