The appellant has filed appeal under section 26 of the PMLA against the order dated 24.07.2018 in the registry and the appeal was kept for hearing on 6th September, 2018. In the meanwhile the appellant has filed an application for stay. In view of the notice received under section 8(4) of the Act, the learned counsel for the respondent states that after the expiry of ten days, the possession has been taken. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the appellant states that the possession is still with the appellant. There are two different statements, thus both parties shall maintain the status quo as of today (12 Noon) till 6th September, 2018. Copy of the order be given Dasti to counsel for both the parties.
The appeal has already been listed for 6th September, 2018.
