It is evident that the appellant has failed to comply with the order dated 21^st November, 2016 passed by the Bombay High Court whereby the eight weeks time is granted to deposit the amount but the same was not deposited. Even on 1^st February, 2018 further four weeks time was granted. The said order was also not complied. On 21^st March, 2018 the time was sought by the counsel for the appellant to take instruction from his client to comply with the order dated 21^st November, 2016 passed by the High Court of Bombay. There is no positive response from the side of the appellant to comply the order. Under these circumstances the appeal is dismissed.
